The README source-loss section now describes the routine loss every deployment applies (targets, libraries, report, twin repository) instead of only the bounded operator exercise. This release is the first whose frozen definition carries loss_profile, so its deploy applies the first routine loss on pub400.

docs: describe the routine source loss every deployment applies ... 0d2d69a4a3

The README's source-loss section described the bounded operator
exercise only. It now says what every deployment does since the recipe
declared `loss_profile`, and where the report and the twin repository
are. This is also the first release whose definition carries the
profile, so its deploy applies the first routine loss.

chore: rebuild after the build node's keyring quota was cleared ... c2ac054627

The previous Build could not start its check container: the shared
BuildKit daemon's node had exhausted the per-user kernel keyring quota
(kernel.keys.maxkeys=200). The daemon was restarted; this empty commit
asks Binjovi to build the same change again.
