The Binjovi deploy stage reads the flat release repository, so the routine loss profile is now staged in each release as loss-profile.json (binjovi-plans PR #319) and the deploy applies that copy with the pipeline engine. This release is the first one that carries the staged profile, so its deploy runs the first routine loss.
