Document the plan-owned compiler/source metadata checks before and after production copy. Release this revision through Binjovi after its native Build passes so the immutable repository includes compiled-objects.txt from the new active Plans recipe. Existing data files are preserved.

Plans PR72 is released as f6262f0dfe2a. Cluster unit, artifact-transfer, and live read-only metadata comparisons passed for all four projects. This PR also exercises the normal Release and Deploy path with frozen metadata evidence. No direct Forgejo merge.
