docs(extract): fix MBRGLOB scope example (LEM* -> MUNCH*) ... 6fa7a28121

The extract.sh usage comment showed MBRGLOB='LEM*' — a copy-paste
leftover from the rpg-lemonade project. This repo's source members are
MUNCHD + MUNCHERS, which 'LEM*' matches NONE of, so copy-pasting the
example extracts zero members. The correct scope glob is 'MUNCH*'.
