Add reviewed database definitions for player profiles, resumable sessions, results, audit records, and two-phase session procedures. The installer creates an ownership registry and application journal, verifies native catalog definitions, journals the data tables, preserves existing rows, rejects unregistered objects and table migrations, and records fresh evidence.

Validation: offline source and path tests pass. The installer completed against pub400 SOMEARA1 and verified ten owned objects. No player data is copied to staging or production by this change. Binjovi schema delivery is already released; a follow-up plan declaration will enable the app release path.
