Add Go clock reel and terminal commands to the existing qualification binary. The terminal check uses a controlling 24x80 Linux PTY, verifies concealment before login, keeps authentication bytes private, and preserves idle ticks, pause/resume and process-group cancellation. Active Python callers remain unchanged in this additive release.
Validation: the unchanged Python reel subject and Go agree on a valid Unicode cast and 15 rejection cases. The Linux PTY fixture passed concealed sign-on, message dismissal, idle output, early close, incorrect pause ticks, invalid inputs and TERM-resistant descendants; local vet, race checks and both architecture builds pass. The cached recipe runs these fixture controls before exposing the artifact. Full pipeline timing is not inferred from local startup benchmarks.
