The previous candidate passed staging and used the fixed renderer, but the combined release exceeded 15 minutes after eight rendered casts. The deployed plan now allows 30 minutes. This notes-only change creates a fresh candidate with that plan. Application code and pins remain unchanged; require staging, publication, and verified deployment.
