Replace both active v2 cache names with their canonical names. Each claim remains 30 GiB on zfs-nvme-128k. Both BuildKit Deployments use Recreate and roll to the new claims.

Exact-name cleanup Jobs wait until the live Deployment and all selected pods no longer reference v2 before they delete the retired claims. The old cleanup Roles become empty before the canonical names return.

Validation:

cache and retirement contracts
full Binjovi manifest contract
Kustomize render
Kubernetes server-side dry run
embedded cleanup scripts parse under sh
