Allow the Binjovi service worker to GET the 69 exact legacy collaborator names and distinguish absence from denied access. Set the two remaining Binjovi management grants to Retain before their source handoff.

Validation: the focused service handoff and Binjovi guards pass; both affected components render. The complete repository guard suite is running. This prerequisite does not remove a collaborator or change its permission.
