Add sean/linux to the existing repository-bounded short-lived Forgejo integration. Advance immutable bootstrap Job and ServiceAccount generation v21 to v22 and pin its new template fingerprint. Preserve audience, narrow write scope, and existing repository bindings. Linux collaborator and branch/tag policy are owned by native Binjovi Services, not a new legacy CR. Red-green tests/binjovi.sh passed. Deliver only through native Binjovi Release/Deploy.
