Set Retain on 29 native callbacks and six Argo CD callbacks. Extend Binjovi's GET-only legacy ownership role to their exact names plus the existing Bytey name. Keep hello-lib and the inactive retired RPG hooks outside this handoff. No hook is removed in this prerequisite change.

The focused source test checks the complete 35-hook set, Retain, and the 36-name read grant. The full source contract suite runs before release. Core provider PR863 supplies the matching closed bindings.
