Delete branch "feat/binjovi-repository-bootstrap"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Prepare the 40 repository settings handoffs with exact-name legacy reads, initial admin grants on 41 repositories including the plan catalog, and a create-only indexed seed Job. It imports the existing 35 Codeberg sources and creates the same five unseeded repositories as the operator. Existing repository settings and refs are preserved; missing/denied/partial imports fail without repository deletion. Confirmed new imports verify the selected branch before setting its default and retain other imported branches.
No repository source object is removed. Deploy this prerequisite before adopting the 40 settings handles in Binjovi PR870.
Validation: full tests/check.sh passes. Mock API behavior covers existing/missing repositories, initial empty creation, lost-response retries, partial imports, wrong identity, missing owner, and denied/transport failures. Grant bootstrap covers initial access without overwriting existing permissions.
Live qualification: the exact committed script imported Codeberg someara/bytey into a temporary repository, verified a non-empty repository and selected main branch, and completed its Job. The temporary repository (ID228), Job, ConfigMap, and pod were then removed and absence verified.
