Add a dedicated boot-test OAuth client, exact-scope registration with independent readback, and a read-only bridge for the existing automation cloud token and bake SSH key. Only binjovi-builds may consume the bridge. No ordinary build agent gains cloud credentials. Focused red-green checks, full tests/check.sh and kustomize rendering pass. Keep workflows/hcloud-token and workflows/bake-ssh-key while Linux native delivery adopts them.
