Remove the obsolete Role and RoleBinding in the already-deleted pipelines-operator-system namespace. They currently block Flux kustomization/binjovi and prevent the new boot-agent credentials from appearing. This does not recreate the retired namespace or alter active services. The regression test fails on the stale namespace and passes after removal; focused native/registry/boot guards and the full component render pass.
