Use the released Binjovi process helper with registration protocol version 2. The hook passes a pidfd to the collector because this kernel does not expose process-child lists. The collector retains the process authority and lifetime checks.

Validation: repository contracts and Kubernetes server dry-run. The helper passed all nine Linux tests on the canary kernel. The matching worker and collector updates are required before exact profile capture resumes.
