Hetzner Release is blocked because the native service worker cannot read the exact retired protection and collaborator objects. Add get access for these five names so the worker can prove absence and apply the existing PostgreSQL policy.

Validation: the existing service handoff check failed before the grant and passed after it; webhook and collaborator handoff checks also passed.
