The live cluster now has one ARM64 control plane and five ARM64 workers. Make rebuilds select the same architecture and sizes, label the master as ARM64, and add a contract for the five-worker topology.\n\nValidation: tests/arm-fleet/run-all.sh; tests/house-helper-images/run-all.sh.
