Flux dry-run tried to remove the API-assigned spec.volumeName from the migrated BuildKit cache PVC. Mark the bound claim as IfNotPresent and guard that policy so reconciliation stays green without replacing the cache.\n\nValidation: tests/check-kernel-build-cache.sh; kubectl kustomize kubernetes/flux/infrastructure/binjovi.
