Onboard the rpg-lemonade-tng and rpg-munchers-tng twins

create_repository made both repositories on 2026-09-14. They recover rpg-lemonade and rpg-munchers from the routine source loss those deploys now apply, through the same ibmi-rpg pipeline. This is the seanfarm half of an ibmi-rpg onboarding (the binjovi taxonomy allowlist and the plans registration follow in their own PRs):

management-grant seed for both (grant Job -v5)
legacy-CR absence names: branch protections, tag protections, ingest webhooks, three bots each (binjovi-release-assets-bot publishes the reels); no push-mirror or repository RBAC (Binjovi-created, empty legacy names)
execution-platform: six provider-authority names in the rpg rule
integration-bootstrap: repository-id lookups and rows; Job -v31, fingerprint re-pinned
tests: pins move by two; tests/binjovi-ibmi-rpg-native.sh covers both twins

Local: the seven affected Binjovi contract tests pass; kubectl kustomize renders both components.

binjovi/ci Binjovi will not build this: its base branch must be trunk. Retarget the pull request.

Binjovi's create_repository made sean/rpg-lemonade-tng and
sean/rpg-munchers-tng on 2026-09-14. They are the twins that recover
rpg-lemonade and rpg-munchers from the routine source loss those deploys
now apply, and they build and deploy through the same ibmi-rpg pipeline.
create_repository makes the repository and its Codeberg mirror and nothing
else, so this is the seanfarm half of an ibmi-rpg onboarding:

- forgejo-users: both names in the management-grant seed; the immutable
  grant Job moves to -v5 (binjovi-operator-bot cannot grant itself admin).
- binjovi/service-legacy-access: legacy-CR absence names for the branch
  protections (main, trunk), the tag protections, the ingest webhooks and
  the three bots each (binjovi-release-assets-bot publishes the reels).
  No push-mirror or repository RBAC: both are Binjovi-created, so their
  legacy names are empty.
- binjovi/execution-platform: the six provider-authority names in the rpg
  rule.
- binjovi/integration-bootstrap: repository-id lookups, loop, bindings and
  both VALUES rows; the write-integration Job moves to -v31 and
  tests/binjovi.sh re-pins its template fingerprint.
- tests: count pins move by two repositories; the ibmi-rpg native test
  covers both twins.
