binjovi/ci Binjovi completed the frozen plan

157d9fc879

binjovi v0.1.745 declares no Codeberg mirror and its flux deploy agents no
longer mount a Codeberg deploy key: in the chain shape the deployer observes
the code.packet.town copy and rolls back through Forgejo main with the
writer token it holds. The two SOPS secrets that carried those keys,
binjovi-codeberg-seanfarm and binjovi-codeberg-platform-seanfarm, leave the
binjovi component, and tests/binjovi.sh now proves they are gone.
