Change only the retired tetragon-pipeline-bot collaborator CR from Retain to Delete. This first stage must reconcile before the CR is removed, so the operator deletes the live grant without touching the repository or push mirror.

Proof: Tetragon v0.1.0 is provider-authorized, identity-verified, and available.

Tests: bash tests/binjovi.sh; bash tests/check.sh
