Failed IFS replies, short transfers, lost output, or a missing recording could return success during RPG source capture. Validate IFS replies and byte counts, preserve existing download and CSV destinations, require recorder writes, confirm source cleanup, and add versioned stat JSON for fail-closed marker checks.

Validation: zig build check passed 1,024 tests plus CLI argument controls; package shell contract passed. Exact commit 74362a4bc3 passed all 11 native pub400 checks, including a 293,802-byte transfer, UTF-8 filename, empty file, failed-output controls, Main Menu cast, and source capture. Cleanup passed. Native binary SHA-256 a17ace4e5b8508311571eb2080ed203658437522e02d914c437ce2a8f91f9e84.

The audit document separates fixed, unresolved, and unsupported behavior. Save/Restore Screen and the wider terminal review are the next increment. No application source or database object was changed.
