feat(host): multi-command zelnet cmd — N CL commands in ONE remote-command job ... 02f329ae2c

CHGCURLIB/ADDLIBLE/OVRDBF from an earlier command now holds for later ones
(one connection, one server job), enabling compiles whose compile-time *LIBL
must resolve a target library: zelnet cmd "CHGCURLIB X" "CRTBNDRPG ...".
Fail-fast on the first CL escape; single-command output byte-identical;
positional-arg overflow is a loud error instead of a silent drop.
