Follow-up to #27.

The "Pod management policy" section said to delete the StatefulSet while the sync operation of the new commit shows Running/0 to Running/4. That window does not exist. The Application uses server-side diff; the dry-run apply that computes the diff is rejected with the same Forbidden error, the comparison fails (sync: Unknown, condition ComparisonError), and no operation starts. The delete must come after the release; the next refresh turns the dry-run into a create, and automated sync recreates the StatefulSet around the pod. On 2026-09-02 that took 16 seconds; the pod did not restart (startTime unchanged, PVC owner restored).

Also corrects the retry back-off waits to the Argo CD defaults (5, 10, 20, 40, 80 s).

No rendered object changes (comment and docs only); partition: 1 stays until the next pod template change.
