seanfarm retired its five per-lane BuildKit daemons; tests/binjovi-buildkit-cache.sh went with the manifests it covered. The seanfarm gitops plan still selected it, so validation failed before running anything:

binjovi-gitops-validate: selected check does not exist: tests/binjovi-buildkit-cache.sh

The properties it pinned — both daemons cache size and class, their parallelism, their mTLS flags — are covered for the one shared daemon by tests/binjovi-buildkit.sh, which the plan already selects.

scripts/check asserts the bundle matches an expected list, so both move together.

Unblocks seanfarm #426.
