Add schema 27 hetzner-node-image with exact repository, bounded Argo image bake and no worker deployment targets. Matching Binjovi controller e3b4755 and scoped executor infrastructure are deployed. Local make check passes. Hold release until the image recipe pins the corrected XFS-capable ARM OS.
