Switch the Hetzner node-image plan from the legacy Job executor to a fenced native task. The task still controls a separate file-backed bake Job, records container timing and bounded logs, and has no node deployment target.

Validation: the catalog contract failed before the executor change and make check passed after it. Binjovi v0.1.559 and Ory v0.1.49 are deployed and verified before this activation.
