Declare the exact Munchers installer file set. Build and Release package these reviewed sources, and Deploy verifies and runs the frozen installer in SOMEARAB before program copies. SQL tables and journals remain outside the copy manifest. Depends on deployed rpg-munchers v0.1.13, whose installer verifies ownership, definitions and journaling. Validation: make check passes.
