Validation: make check passes with the published v20 reader. The real cluster BuildKit probe failed against the old recipe because artifacts were absent, then passed four builds on this recipe: application changes reused compilation and offline controls, Go code changes rebuilt both, and fixture changes reran controls without changing binary digests. The disposable probe makes no IBM i calls or image publications. Caller activation follows this catalog release.

Compile the additive Munchers host helpers for both architectures and make them available in RPG jobs. Compiler and offline qualification checks have separate source boundaries; application edits still rerun the final source check. Existing source callers remain compatible.
