Select the native Flux lifecycle for platform-seanfarm with bounded validation policy and recipe metadata in binjovi-plans. Keep deployment tied to the exact release revision. Runtime prerequisite: the platform Flux agent must be ready on the current Binjovi release. Validation: make check and current runtime ProjectRegistry parsing.
