Extend native Linux admission from RPM to bootc OS assembly. Keep the current OS pinned at d57a9611; replace only its kernel without network or RPM scripts. Check installed bytes, initramfs, one kernel tree, matching ZFS, unchanged non-kernel packages and critical files, and masked automatic updates. Preserve versioned evidence with real_boot_verified=false. Four red-green tests plus all catalog and artifact tests pass. Release and node Deploy remain disabled; no Argo fallback.
