Pin ARM kernel 4e7f5975 with built-in XFS, quota and POSIX ACL support. Add negative input checks and bump node-bootc-arm64 to immutable v2. Fourteen tests pass. This corrects the root-mount failure observed during the file-backed ARM QEMU boot proof.
