Validation: runtime-fetch lint and diff checks pass. The Zelnet release passed native clock, pause, help, and resume checks on pub400 over ports 23 and 992; the previous client failed the idle clock control.

Timed IBM i screens need host updates and Cancel Invite replies. Bake released Zelnet v0.10.11 at commit 2647d53b2520e7ecf6e515c3e6d1f04596e83ece into ibmi-builder v16. Add Python for source and play evidence checks. The image build checks the tag, tool version, and rejection of an invalid timed wait before connection. Validation: runtime-fetch lint and diff checks pass. The Zelnet release passed native clock, pause, help, and resume checks on pub400 over ports 23 and 992; the previous client failed the idle clock control.
