Munchers Unicode screen checks require the released UTF-8 scripted-input fix and explicit terminal code page. Pin Zelnet v0.10.12 to its verified source commit, check the embedded version and invalid-code-page rejection, and publish ibmi-builder v18. The image build runs the full Zelnet unit suite before building each architecture. The application recipe will pin the published digest and repeat native checks.
