Delete branch "perf/flux-shared-selector"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Flux deployment now uses the same compiled path selector as validation, pinned to the published validator v10 digest. This removes a second Python implementation and its runtime from the image while preserving first-group selection, full-graph coverage and rejection of unmapped changes.
Validation: real selection behavior tests, immutable image contracts and image lints passed. Agent consumers will move to v8 only after publication.
