Add a pinned minimal AlmaLinux runtime for existing node-helper Pods. The pinned base already contains nsenter in util-linux-core on both architectures, so no package download is needed. Remove DNF and Python, verify namespace-entry flags and exact package identity, and reject interpreters and compilers. The release init container supplies the static Go helper separately. Validation: both AMD64 and ARM64 BuildKit checks pass; final CI passes. This change does not update a live node bundle.
