Publish Zot image v3 from source 991a5a1f41f59f5926182176ed1d9aff8381eacc with runtime version v2.1.15-seanfarm.4. The copy adapter now supports the same complete static environment credential pair used by production, without adding credentials to the logged configuration or invoking metadata/default-chain providers.

Focused red/green tests, API/storage race tests and vet passed for the source fix. The normal two-architecture image gate remains required. Existing image v2 remains immutable; disposable complete-runtime qualification and external exact-index readback must pass before GitOps rollout.
