Publish both architecture variants of the existing Go toolchain for the ARM fleet migration. Keep Go 1.26.5 and the current compiler and generator settings.

The Binjovi route in PR #1570 requests both platforms. Each image build checks the installed Go architecture, Go version, and tool startup.
