In-cluster-first campaign, ride 1: ibmi-builder FROM+clone repointed (zot digest pin, forgejo source), go-builder bumped to v4 to mint a live digest for the dead-FROM consumers (pkg-host, static-web repin in ride 2).

Details

Campaign: every executing dependency points in-cluster; codeberg is the
passive backup. BuildKit bypasses the node mirror config, so a
codeberg.org FROM or clone in a Dockerfile hits codeberg directly —
quota, per-node WAF, 504s.

- ibmi-builder (v11): FROM zot-pinned zelnet-builder:v2 by digest; the
  zelnet source clones from the canonical Forgejo, not the backup.
- go-builder VERSION 3 -> 4: go-builder:v1@42726f is gone from every
  registry (the 2026-08-15 prune loss), which leaves pkg-host and
  static-web with a dead FROM. v4 publishes a live digest; the two
  consumers repin to it in the follow-up ride.
