Returns 404 for missing, expired, deleted, and other-owner legacy sessions; preserves valid JSON-RPC IDs; returns 503 for store failures; and compares protocol versions only after session resolution. The build plan owns its Mix cache, test startup tolerates no lsof, and the managed port fixture exits with the test. Local focused result: 139 tests pass.
