Rewrite README.md and substantial explanatory comment blocks in 22 YAML manifests to ASD-STE100. Supersedes closed PR #12, which went stale after real functional changes landed on trunk mid-task. All touched YAML re-validated with a parser.

docs: rewrite documentation to ASD-STE100 ... e39d1013e2

Rewrite README.md prose and substantial explanatory comment blocks in 22 YAML manifests to ASD-STE100. Redone against fresh trunk after real functional changes (portal-alice drain, dual-attach routes, agent adoption) landed mid-task. All touched YAML re-validated with a parser.
