• keep delete requests durable in S3
• reduce the cancellation period from the 24-hour default to five minutes
• add a configuration contract

Reason

A targeted request must remove non-policy Tetragon lifecycle logs that filled shared MinIO storage. The existing two-hour retention deletion delay remains unchanged.

Tests

• tests/check.sh
• kubectl apply --dry-run=client -f manifests/logs/logs.yaml
• decoded Loki config assertion
