feat(routes): dual-attach all HTTPRoutes to the parallel portal gateway ... 8d6e44ba2d

Add a second parentRef (portal-gateway in ns portal) alongside the
existing portal-alice entry on all 12 HTTPRoutes, so both gateways
serve the routes during the portal-alice -> portal move. The
portal-alice entries get dropped at drain.
