Remove every portal-alice parentRef (and the dual-attach marker comments) from the 12 portal-gateway HTTPRoutes across manifests/{grafana,komoplane,logs,tekton,traces,metrics}/httproutes.yaml. Each route keeps only the ns-portal entry.

feat(routes): drain the portal-alice gateway parentRefs ... 00285884c4

All 12 portal-gateway HTTPRoutes were dual-attached to both the old
portal-alice gateway and the new ns-portal gateway for the cutover.
The move is done: drop every portal-alice parentRef (and its
dual-attach marker comment), leaving each route attached only to
portal-gateway in ns portal.
