Rewrite 3 markdown docs and Go doc comments across 113 files to ASD-STE100 (NOTICE.md excluded - MPL-2.0 license text). CRD YAML regenerated - all schema fields identical, only description prose changed. go build/vet/test and golangci-lint pass, matching the pre-existing baseline. dist/install.yaml is now stale relative to the regenerated CRDs - flagged as a follow-up, not addressed here.

CRD YAML regenerated - diffed with description stripped, all fields identical. zz_generated.deepcopy.go and 559 kubebuilder/marker lines verified byte-identical. go build/vet/test and golangci-lint all pass (lint matches pre-existing baseline exactly). dist/install.yaml is now stale relative to the regenerated CRDs - flagged as an out-of-scope follow-up, not regenerated here.
