Set Retain on the Alice, Bob, and Steve identity resources before the planned metadata ownership transfer. Extend Binjovi’s exact read-only legacy-resource grant to those three names. Existing identity definitions and password references are preserved.

Validation: the handoff contract failed before the changes and the full Ory checks now pass. UUID and original-password proofs precede resource retirement.
