Delete branch "feat/retire-legacy-mcp-routing"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The previous CI/CD system is retired. Remove its Oathkeeper dashboard rule and pkg-to-Oathkeeper ReferenceGrant. Hydra now advertises its own public registration endpoint, not the deleted MCP host. Shared Hydra issuer, token endpoints, and Binjovi routes remain unchanged. New red-green Bash/jq guard prevents these dead routes from returning. Full tests/check.sh passes. The grant is currently owned by ory-stack and can be pruned through normal delivery. No databases or historical records are deleted.
