fix(promote): attach the functional-gate reels (.mp4/.jpg) to the Forgejo release a7965b27a6

The gpg promote's asset loop is an extension allowlist that predates reels —
render published gibson-tn3270/pub400-tn5250/telehack-nvt mp4+posters into
builds/<short>/ (and the unfiltered pkg copy shipped them publicly), but the
Forgejo release attach skipped them. Add the two reel extensions, mirroring
the ibmi tag-promote behavior. Re-promoting a version is idempotent (the
release is deleted + recreated with the full asset set).
