feat(mcp): both of Sean's identities may approve ... 104be54212

The MCP session authenticates as sean@sean.farm (the in-cluster Kratos
identity) while the approver list named only sean@sean.io — so the
approve tool refused its only legitimate user during the 2026-08-15
master roll ("sean@sean.farm is not in this server's approver list")
and the gate had to go through the dashboard instead. The flag is a
comma list (cmd/main.go splits on ","); both identities are the same
human, so both belong on it.
