zot blobs live in MinIO; the PVC is only the regenerable index/cache. Move mayastor-repl5 -> zfs-nvme-128k to drain the replicated tier (io-engine CPU reclaim). https://claude.ai/code/session_01L5p8SUBvUajDvfFcCLZWux\n\n---\nClosed as superseded: the registry migration now lives in sean/zot, and Pipelines PR #2123 removes this repository ownership. Propose any remaining cache change in sean/zot.

zot blobs live in MinIO; the PVC is only the regenerable index/cache,
so it needs no cross-node replication. Move it from mayastor-repl5 to
local zfs-nvme-128k. This drains the replicated tier as a step toward
reclaiming io-engine CPU; on node loss the cache rebuilds from MinIO.
